We recommend measuring your feet for best fit. If your foot is 8.5" or less choose Small, if 9" or less choose Medium, if 9.5" or less choose Large, if 10" or less choose X-Large. (Sandal length from heel to toe: Small measures 9.5", Medium 10", Large 10.5", XLarge 11")
